These Terms govern your use of Our Menu Roulette App ("we", "us", "our"), a web application that helps users decide what to eat through a roulette experience and recipe browsing. By using the service you are entering into an agreement with Our Menu Roulette App.
By accessing or continuing to use the service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity under your account, and must provide accurate, up-to-date information.

We retain all rights, title, and interest in the service, including its software, content, branding, and documentation. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service under your selected plan.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
We offer a free tier, a Pro Monthly subscription, and a Pro Lifetime one-time purchase. Payment, billing, tax, invoicing, subscription renewal, cancellation, and refund mechanics are handled by our reseller, Paddle. Please refer to the Paddle Buyer Terms for these details.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
We may suspend or terminate your access for: material breach of these Terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated/serious policy violations. Upon termination, your right to use the service ends immediately.
To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is capped at the fees you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages (including loss of profits, data, or goodwill). Nothing limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence.
You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your content, unlawful use of the service, or breach of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Our Menu Roulette App operates. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
